DemeTECH non-absorbable nylon suture is made from long-chain aliphatic polymers, specifically nylon 6. It is non-absorbable and can be either monofilament or multifilament. The suture is available in black and blue colors, dyed with FDA approved dyes. It comes with various attached needle options, including curved and straight types in different lengths and gauges.
