Lateral ankle ligament reconstruction can be performed using a free tendon graft and a rigid interference screw with the BioComposite tenodesis implants. This technique allows for anatomic reconstruction of the anterior talofibular and calcaneofibular ligaments with simple tensioning and rigid fixation of the graft.
