The partially threaded 3.9 mm knotless corkscrew anchor provides knotless soft-tissue fixation and has a tensionable suture-locking mechanism. Suture is passed and shuttled into the locking mechanism, allowing users to control the tension of knotless repairs. The threaded anchor design provides improved pullout strength compared to barbed anchors. 1 These anchors can be used for PASTA, remplissage, upper subscapularis and SCR repairs.
