The slotted TightRope button extender can be loaded on a traditional TightRope button, creating a larger button footprint that results in additional cortical fixation. The button extender can be attached to the implant, including GraftLink and passed through a full tibial tunnel. The TightRope button extender can be used with the extensive family of TightRope products including TightRope, TightRope RT, TightRope DB, TightRope ABS and BTB TightRope. The traditional TightRope button fits into the debossed section of the button extender, creating a large 20 x 5 mm footprint that maximizes button-to-bone contact against the cortex.
