This modification of the Gyrus ENT T-tube features shorter flanges to lessen the possibility of trauma to the tympanic membrane. Overall length is also reduced to eliminate need for trimming. The inner diameter has been increased to facilitate ventilation with less clogging. Outer diameter is the same as the original design.
