Single use conventional obturators include Versaport V2, Visiport, Versaport RPF and Surgispike. The single-use obturators are designed to reduce the size of the diameter of the trocar to allow insertion of smaller sized instruments without loss of pneumoperitoneum. The single-use obturators are for use with Versaport titanium cannulas.
