Gynecare TVT Abbrevo continence System has the same mesh design as laser cut mesh used in obturator systems. It is comparable to a full length transobturator sling in terms of fixation strength in the obturator membrane. Gynecare TVT Abbrevo Continence System uses less mesh but provides the same tension-free support.
